আপনি যখন জিতে যাবেন তখন আপনার চারপাশে সবাই জিতে যাবে। সেই মুখগুলো আপনাকে নিয়ে খুব গর্ব করবে একদিন যে মুখগুলো আপনাকে দেখলে কালো হয়ে যেতো। অনেক অপরিচিত মুখও আপনার কাছে পরিচিত হয়ে যাবে। এমন অনেক জায়গা থেকে আপনার নাম্বারে ফোন আসবে যাদের নামও আপনি শুনেন নাই। আপনি হবেন সবার মধ্যমণি।</div>

কিন্তু যদি আপনি হেরে যান, তাহলে শুধু আপনি একাই হারলেন। কেউ আপনার সঙ্গী হবে না। একমাত্র মা ব্যতিত। যে গার্লফ্রেন্ডের/বয়ফ্রেণ্ডের সাথে দিনের পর দিন, রাতের পর রাত কথা বলে কাটিয়েছেন, যার জন্য মানি ব্যাগের চেইন পর্যন্ত ছিড়ে গেছে সেও দেখবেন আপনাকে ভুলে গেছে। হয়তো বা কোন ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট কিংবা কোন এএসপিকে বিয়ে করে সুখের বাসর সাজাচ্ছে। যে আত্মীয় স্বজন এক সময় আপনাকে নিয়ে গর্ব করতো তারা আপনাকে নিয়ে টিজ করবে, তাদের কাছে হবেন আপনি তামাশার পাত্র। এই ভাবে বলবে "কিরে বাপের টাকা আর কতদিন নিবি, অনার্স মাস্টার্স করে জীবনে কি করলি ... চাকরি বাকরি কোন কিছু কররে বাপু..... এইরকমও আরো কত কিছু আপনাকে শুনতে হবে তার কোন হিসাব নাই। এটাই অমানুষদের স্বভাব। আর জেনে রাখবেন অনেক সময় অমানুষ গুলোর ছেহেড়া দেখতে অবিকল মানুষের মতোই মনে হয়।</div>

আপনি যখন দু:সময়ে থাকবেন তখন আপনার জবান কে বন্ধ রাখুন। হতাশ হবেন না, ভেঙ্গে পড়বেন না। নীরব নিস্তব্ধভাবে প্রস্তুতি নিন উপযুক্ত জবাব দেয়ার জন্য। আর সেই জবাব টা কি জানেন??? শুধু মাত্র একটা সফলতা। আপনার একটা সফলতা আপনার সমস্ত সমালোচকদের মুখ বন্ধ করে দেবে। তাদের জন্য উপযুক্ত জবাব হয়ে যাবে। তাদের মুখে সুপার গ্লুর মতো আটা লাগিয়ে দিবে। এবং এটা আপনার দ্বারা খুবই সম্ভব। কিন্তু আমাদের সমস্যা হচ্ছে আমরা সবাই জান্নাতে যেতে চাই কিন্তু কেউ মরতে চাই না। কিন্তু সেটাতো অসম্ভব। আর এই অসম্ভব কাজটাকে সম্ভব করার জন্য আপনার জীবন থেকে চারটা "P' কে বাদ দিন আর ছয়টা টা "P" কে জীবনের সাথে যোগ করুন। রব্বে কারীমের কসম করে বলছি, যদি এই গুলো করতে পারেন তাহলে দুনিয়া আখেরাতের সফলতার যত দড়জা আছে সব আপনার জন্য খোলে যাবে।<br />

প্রথম P : Procrastination মানে হলো কাল ক্ষেপণ, আজ নয় কাল, কাল নয় পড়শু এভাবে শুধু নিজেকে পিছিয়ে। আপনাকে ডুবিয়ে দেয়ার জন্য শয়তান আর প্রবৃত্তির সবচেয়ে বড় হাতিয়ার এই একটা P ই যথেষ্ট। আপনি ভাবছেন বিকাল থেকে পড়া শুরু করবেন, কিংবা আগামীকাল থেকে পড়া শুরু করবেন। মনে রাখবেন সেই বিকাল কিংবা আগামীকাল আপনার জীবনে আর কখনো আসবে না। সেটা শুধু "আগামী" বলেই থেকে যাবে। খুব ভালো করে মনে রাখুন যে সময়টা আপনি অনর্থক ফেইছবুক চালাচ্ছেন, কম্পিউটারে গেইম খেলতেছেন, অনর্থকভাবে বন্ধুদের সাথে ঘন্টার ঘন্টা টি স্টলে বইসা আড্ডা দিতেছেন, রাতের পর রাত গার্লফ্রেন্ড কিংবা বয়ফ্রেন্ডের সঙ্গে কথা বলে কাটাচ্ছেন ঠিক সেই সময়টাতে আপনার অন্য একজন প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বী প্রার্থী রাতের পর রাত, ঘন্টার পর ঘন্টা তার পড়ার পিছনে ব্যয় করতেছে। তাহলে কিভাবে আশা করেন যে আপনার আর তার ফলাফল এক হবে??? তাই এখনো সময় আছে জীবন টাকে রুটিনে নিয়ে আসেন। বাসার মধ্যে সময়টাকে পরিপূর্ণভাবে কাজে লাগান। অবসর সময় গুলোকেও কাজে লাগান প্যাডের মাধ্যমে । ছোট ছোট প্যাড কিনুন। কোনটাতে সাধারণ জ্ঞান লিখুন, কোনটাতে ভোকাবুলারি, কোনটাতে বাংলা সাহিত্য... এভাবে লিখে আস্তে করে নিজের প্যান্টের পকেটে ডুকিয়ে দেন। টিউশনিতে গেলে, কিংবা কর্মক্ষেত্রে গেলে ডেস্কের উপরে কিংবা আপনার চোখের সামনে এটা কে রাখুন। স্টূডেন্ট পড়ানোর পাশাপাশি কিংবা অফিসের কাজের ফাকে ফাকে যখনেই সুযোগ পান একবার এটার দিকেন থাকান। রাস্তাঘাটে, কিংবা রিক্সায় বাসে চড়ার সময় রাস্তায় সুন্দরী ছেলে মেয়েদের দিকে না থাকিয়ে আপনার প্যাডের দিকে থাকান। দেখবেন, দেখতে দেখতেই আপনার সাধারণ জ্ঞান, ভোকাবুলারি, ইডিয়মস এন্ড ফ্রেইজ কিংবা বাংলা সাহিত্য মুখস্থ হয়ে যাচ্ছে। ভোকাবুলারি শেখার এর চেয়ে সহজ পন্থা আর পাবেন না। জীবন টাকে এভাবেই মানিয়ে নিন।</div>

দ্বিতীয় P :- Phobia মানে ভয়। অনেক কিছুর ভয় হতে পারে যেমন নিজের অযোগ্যতার ভয়, নিজের অক্ষমতার ভয়, মানুষের সমালোচনার ভয়.... আরো কত কি। নিজের যোগ্যতা আর সক্ষমতার ব্যপারে যদি আপনার ভয় হয়, তাহলে আপনার জন্য বলছি, আপনি কি জানেন আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামীন পবিত্র কোরআনে দুই প্রসিদ্ধ ফল আর দুইটা পবিত্র এবং নিরাপদ নগরীর কসম খেয়ে বলেছেন " আমি মানুষ কে অতি উত্তম গঠনে সৃষ্টি করেছি " এই উত্তম গঠনের মধ্যে একটা মানুষের যত ধরণের গুনাবলী দরকার যেমন তার যোগ্যতা, সক্ষমতা, মেধা , শক্তি, সাহস, বীরত্ব সব গুলো আল্লাহ দিয়ে দিয়ছেন। অর্থাৎ আপনার মধ্যে অনেক যোগ্যতা আছে যা আপনি জানেন না। কিংবা কখনো আপনি জানার চেষ্টাও করেন নাই। তাই আপনার দায়িত্ব হলো আপনি নিজেকে নিজের মধ্য থেকে আবিষ্কার করুন। আপনি যোগ্য বলেই আপনি SSC, HSC, অনার্স, মাস্টার্স সব পাশ করছেন। সুতরাং আপনি এই কথা বলবেন না যে চাকরি টা আমার দরকার, কারণ এই কথার দ্বারা আপনার একটা অসহায়ত্ব বুঝায় বরং আপনি বলুন এই চাকরিটা আমার জন্যই, আমি চাকরিটা ডিজার্ভ করি। আমাকেই সেখানে যেতে হবে। আমিই এটার উপযুক্ত ব্যক্তি। আর সমালোচনার ভয়??? আপনি যদি V for vendetta মুভিটা দেখে থাকেন তাহলে দেখবেন তাতে নায়কের একটা monologue আছে যেখানে V দিয়ে অনেক গুলো ওয়ার্ড বলা হয়। এদের মধ্যে একটা ওয়ার্ড ছিলো Vermin যার অর্থ হলো নিচু শ্রেনীর মানুষ বা জাত ছোটলোক। আর তারা কারা জানেন?? পশ্চাতে যারা আপনার সমালোচনা করে তারা হচ্ছে ঐ vermin বা নিচু ও ছোটলোক শ্রেনীর মানুষ। সুতরাং এদের সমালোচনা কানে নিয়ে এদের কে উপরের শ্রেণীতে তুলবেন না । ছোটলোক গুলোকে ছোটলোকের শ্রেনীতে থাকতে দিন। এদেরকে ভালোওবাসবেন না ঘৃণাও করবেন না। এদেরকে শুধু উপেক্ষা করুন। আপনার আপন লক্ষ্যের দিকে এগিয়ে যান।</div>

তৃতীয় P :- Pessimistic বা হতাশগ্রস্থ। এই P টাকেও আপনার জীবন থেকে দূর করতে হবে। অবস্থার যতই অবনতি হোক না কেন, যেকোন প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতিই আসুক না কেন, কখনোই হতাশ হবেন না। মনে রাখবেন এই দুর্যোগপূর্ন পৃথিবীর কোন কিছুই চিরস্থায়ী নয়। এমন কি আমাদের সমস্যা গুলোও। সব সময় নিজেকে আশা ও ইতিবাচক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি আবদ্ধ রাখুন। ভাবুন আমার অবস্থা যেমন তার চেয়েও আরো অধিক খারাপ হতে পারতো। এখনতো অনেক ভালো আছি। খুব শীঘ্রই আল্লাহ আমার দু:সময় দূর করে দেবেন। আর আল্লাহ বান্দার আশা অনুযায়ী তার ব্যাপারে ফায়সালা দেয়। নিজেকে সব সময় বলুন আমি হেরে যাবার পাত্র নই। আমি হেরে যাবো বলে স্বপ্ন দেখে নি। আমি ক্লান্ত কিন্তু আমি পরাজিত নই। আমাকে আমার গন্তব্যে যেতেই হবে। আমি থেমে যাওয়ার পাত্র নই। আমি লক্ষ্যে অবশ্যই পৌছাবো।</div>

চতুর্থ P : Parasite মানে পরজীবী। এই P টাকেও দূর করতে হবে। কারো কাছে কোনভাবেই, না মানসিকভাবে, না আর্থসামাজিকভাবে কখনো পরজীবী হবেন না। এক মাত্র আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোন ব্যপারে কারো কাছে নির্ভরশীল হবেন না । বন্ধুর নোট শীটের দিকে তাকিয়ে থাকবেন না। নিজে নিজেই নোট করুন, নিজে নিজেই পড়ুন। নিজের ব্যক্তি সত্ত্বার সাথে কাউকে মিশ্রিত করবেন না। নিজের হৃদয়, মন, আবেগ অন্যের হাতে তুলে দিবেন না। জীবনের চলার পথটা একাই চলুন। একাকী পথ চলাটা কোন কঠিন কাজ না, কিন্তু কঠিন হয়ে যায় তখন, যখন কেউ একজন সঙ্গী হয়ে মাঝ পথ থেকে হারিয়ে যায়। যেটা আপনাকে নীরবে নিভৃতে খুব ভোগাবে। যা আপনি ছাড়া আর কেউ বুঝতে পারবে না। হয়তো বা আপনার ক্যারিয়ারের জন্য বিশাল একটা হুমকিও হতে পারে। তাই এই Parasite এর P আপনার জীবন থেকে দূর করতে হবে।</div>

প্রথম P:- Positivity অর্থাৎ ইতিবাচক মনোভাব। আর এটার সংক্ষিপ্ত পদ্ধতি হলো " না এর সাথে না যোগ করুন, আর হ্যা এর সাথে হ্যা "। কেউ যদি বলে তোমাকে দিয়ে কিচ্ছু হবে না, সাথে সাথে আপনিও বলে দিন "তোমার কথা ঠিক না", কেউ যদি বলে চেষ্টা করো পারবে, আপনিও বলুন ইনশাআল্লাহ, হ্যা আমি পারবো । সব কিছু ইতিবাচকভাবে চিন্তা করুন। নিজেকে ও নিজের যোগ্যতাকে রেস্পেক্ট করুন। জায়গা মতো সেগুলো কে প্রদর্শন করুন কিন্তু অহংকার করবেন না। যোগ্যতা প্রদর্শন এক জিনিস আর অহংকার আরেক জিনিস। আল্লাহ আপনাকে যোগ্যতা দিয়েছে সেটা তার পক্ষ থেকে আপনার উপর নিয়ামত। সেটাকে ব্যবহার করার জন্যই দিয়েছে, সিন্দুকে তালা দিয়ে রাখার জন্য নয়। এতে নেতিবাচক মানষিকতার মানুষ গুলো আপনাকে গালি দিয়ে বলবে "শালা তো নিজের ঢোল নিজে পিঠায় " আপনি বলে দিন আমার ঢোল আছে দেখেই আমি পিঠাতে পারি, পারলে আমার মতো একটা ঢোল অর্জন করে তুমিও পিঠানো শুরু করো। নিজের আকাঙ্ক্ষা আর স্বপ্ন গুলো কে সন্তানের মতো লালন পালন করুন। এই গুলোই আপনার চুড়ান্ত অর্জনের প্রতিচ্ছবি হয়ে উঠবে।</div>

দ্বিতীয় P :- Passion বা অর্জন করার তীব্র আকাঙ্ক্ষা থাকতে হবে। এমন না যে পাইলে পাইলাম, না পাইলে নাই। এরকম মানসিকতা নিয়ে কখনো কোন কাজে সফল হতে পারবেন না। মানসিকতা এই রকম হওয়া চাই যে, আমার একটাই লক্ষ্য যে আমাকে ক্যাডার হতেই হবে, আমাকে জব পেতেই হবে, আমাকে সফল বিজনেসম্যান হতেই হবে -- দ্বিতীয় আর কোন অপশন নাই, দেখেবেন এই দৃড় প্রতিজ্ঞাই আপনাকে গন্তব্যে নিয়ে যাবে।</div>

তৃতীয় P :- Plan বা পরিকল্পনা যার মানে হলো আপনার চারপাশে চড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে থাকা চিন্তাগুলো এক ফ্রেমে আবদ্ধ করা। আর এর মুল উদ্দ্যেশ্যে হলো গুরুত্ব অনুযায়ী কাজকে প্রধান্য দেয়া। আমার কাজ তো অনেক আছে কিন্তু এই মুহুর্তে কোন কাজটা আমার জন্য সবচেয়ে জরুরী সেটাকে নির্ধারণ করে আগে করা। এভাবে ক্রমায়ন্বয়ে এগিয়ে যাওয়া। প্লান ছাড়া কোন কাজেই সফলতা আশা করা যায় না। দিন শেষে সবকিছু পণ্ডশ্রম মনে হবে। তাই প্লান হচ্ছে সফলতার মৌলিক ভিত্তি।</div>

চতুর্থ P :- Perseverance মানে কঠোর অধ্যবসায় সাথে অনুশীলন। মনে পরিশ্রম আর অনুশীলন এই গুলো হচ্ছে এক ধরণের সুমিষ্ট পানীয়ের মতো যে এটা যত বেশী পান করবে তার জীবন ততবেশী সুমিষ্ট হবে। আপনি নিরবচ্ছিন্ন ভাবে অনুশীলন চালিয়ে যান। একবার ব্যর্থ হয়েছেন বলে থেমে যাবেন না , আবার শুরু করুন। কাজের মধ্যে লেগে থাকুন। কাজ করতে থাকুন ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত যতক্ষণ না আপনি আপনার গন্তব্যে না পৌছিয়েছেন। অবিরামভাবে প্রচেষ্টা চালিয়ে যান।</div>

পঞ্চম P :- Patient বা ধৈর্যশীল। কাজ করতে করতে অনেক সময় বিরুক্তি চলে আসবে, কিংবা হতাশা আসতে পারে কিন্তু এই মহুর্তে ধৈর্য্যের সাথে সব কিছু মোকাবেলা করতে হবে। মনে রাখবেন একটা রঙধনু দেখতে হলেও বৃষ্টির জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে হয়, জোছনার আলো উপভোগ করতে হলেও একটা রাতের জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে হয় আর আপনি এমন কিছু অর্জন করবেন যার মাধ্যমে আপনি সারাটা জীবন সুখে শান্তিতে কাটাবেন, তার জন্য কিছু অপেক্ষা করবেন না তা কি করে হয়। তাই অস্থিরও হওয়া যাবে না অলসও হওয়া যাবে না। ধৈর্য্যের সাথে সব মোকাবেলা করতে হবে। আল্লাহ ধৈর্যশীলদের সাথে আছেন।</div>

ষষ্ঠ P :- Prayer বা দোয়া। সফলতা হলো ৯৯% পরিশ্রম আর ১% দোয়ার যোগফল। তবে মাঝে মাঝে এই ১% যদি ঠিক না থাকে তাহলে বাকী ৯৯% ও অর্থহীন হয়ে পড়ে। অনেক আগে টিভিতে একটা গাড়ি বিক্রির বিজ্ঞাপন দিত এইরকম গাড়িটা ৯৯% ভালো এর মধ্যে এ.সি, GPS সিস্টেম সেট করা আছে, এক্সট্রা ব্যাটারি সহ আরো অনেক কিছু। তবে ১% সমস্যা আছে আর সেটা হলো গাড়িটার ব্রেক গুলো নষ্ট। তো এই গাড়িটার ৯৯% যেরকমভাবে ১% এর জন্য অর্থহীন হয়ে গিয়েছে, ঠিক একইভাবে আমাদের ৯৯% পরিকল্পনা, পরিশ্রম অর্থহীন হয়ে যাবে যদি আমাদের ১% দোয়া ঠিক ভাবে না হয়, আল্লাহ যদি কবুল না করেন। তাই আপনি যে ধর্মেরই হোন না কেন, হিন্দু, বৌদ্ধ, খ্রিস্টান, ইয়াহুদি, ক্যাথলিক বা মুসলিম, আপনার পবিত্র ধর্মীয় রীতিমতো আন্তরিকতার আপনার সৃষ্টি কর্তার কাছে আপনার আকাঙ্ক্ষার জন্য প্রার্থনা করুন। যারা মুসলিম আছেন তারা অবশ্যই পাঁচ ওয়াক্ত নামায জামাতের সাথে পড়বেন। কোন অবস্থাতেই এটা ছাড়বেন না। জীবন অনেক সহজ হয়ে যাবে। পারলে শেষ রাতে তাহজ্জুদ পড়ুন। সে সময় দুয়া কবুল হয়। আল্লাহর কাছে আকুতি মিনতি করে বলুন " হে আল্লাহ তুমি আমাকে মানুষের কাছে সমালোচনা বা তামাশার পাত্র বানিওনা। আমাকে যে যোগ্যতা দিয়েছো তা কাজের লাগানোর তৌফিক দেয়। কারো দুয়ারে লবিং এর জন্য দ্বারস্থ করিও না। আমাকে নিরাপদে আমার সফলতার গন্তব্যে পৌছে দেও। এইভাবে দোয়া করেন। মনে রাখবেন একজন ভিক্ষুক যদি বার বার আমাদের দড়জায় এসে কড়া নাড়ে তাহলে এক পর্যায়ে বিরক্ত হয়ে হলেও তাকে কিছু দান করে বিদায় করে দেই। আমরা মানুষ হয়ে যদি এইরকম টা করতে পারি তাহলে আমাদের রব আল্লাহর দড়জায় যদি আমরা বার বার কড়া নাড়ি, তিনি অবশ্যই আমাদেরকে খালি হাতে ফিরিয়ে দেবেন না।</div>
